Reviews and Ratings
During my recent trip, I experienced a mix of positives and negatives at this hotel. While I did enjoy the room with a view that I upgraded to, my initial experience was quite disappointing due to dark and cramped spaces, along with very poor heating. The service left much to be desired, as staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Overall, although the location has potential, the amenities and service do not justify the high price.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was dark and uncomfortable, lacking natural light and good sound insulation. The staff was unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. While I was drawn in by the amenities and the hotel's reputation, the reality was far from what I expected, especially for the price I paid.
I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. While I did get an upgrade to a larger room with a beautiful view of Orizaba Volcano, the overall experience was marred by rude service and subpar facilities. The pool was not clean, and I found the pricing to be excessively high for what was offered. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for better value in Xalapa.
I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had no natural light and was incredibly noisy, making it hard to relax. The bed was uncomfortable, and the price I paid didn’t match the experience. To make matters worse, I got sick from the onsite jacuzzi. This place is just not worth the money.
